Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has completed a loan move from Manchester United to Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Manchester United confirmed that the loan move to Wolves will be for the remainder of the 2016-17 season.

Walter Zenga’s side are currently third in the Championship, having picked up eight points from four games; one of just five teams yet to be defeated in 2016-17.

Talented left-back Borthwick-Jackson was voted Manchester United’s reserve player of the year at the end of last season, having been a key component in the under-21’s title win.

As much of an achievement as that is, though, he will be even happier that he got himself up and running in the senior side, with his impressive performances earning him a good reputation among United fans.

Upon arrival at his temporary new club, Cameron revealed:

‘Mourinho’s told me I’ve got a future there, he sees a future for me. So that’s what I’m looking to do, gain experience and start there.’

Borthwick-Jackson recently signed a contract which should see him stay at Old Trafford until June 2020.
