Manchester United had a strong summer transfer window following a disappointing 2015-16 season under Louis van Gaal – and are now looking much more like the United of old under new boss Jose Mourinho.

Football fans all over the world have been eagerly awaiting the release of EA’s FIFA 17, which boasts a new physics engine as well as improvements to player faces and other graphics… as well as, of course, all the summer’s transfer incomings and outgoings.

So, how do Manchester United shape up in the new game? They have received some new cards for emerging players alongside those for the signings of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba, Eric Bailly and Henrikh Mkhitaryan – but new cult hero and star of The Journey game mode is sadly (but rather obviously) not included in the squad.
