The likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Wayne Rooney, Ashley Young, Michael Carrick and so on aren’t getting any younger at Manchester United.

It’s never too early to start thinking of the next generation of Manchester United superstars, and that’s what the club hierarchy are doing.

According to French source But, Manchester United has representatives present at the Val de Marne tournament last week hosted in Nantes, where a number of French talents caught the eye.

United reps were joined by club officials from Chelsea, Tottenham and Liverpool at the tournament who all have eyes on the future.

The U16 tournament between France, England, Russia and the USA was heavily attended by scouts from across Europe, with Abdoulaye Diallo (Nantes) and Adil Taoui (Toulouse FC) impressing for France.

Also of interest was Willem Geubbels of Lyon. He bagged two goals against Russia and is wanted by half of the attending Premier League clubs.
