Leon Bailey wants first-team assurances to join
Manchester United face a potential stumbling block in any deal where they’ll look to sign Leon Bailey from Genk.
Jose Mourinho has sent scouts this season to watch the talented forward, according to the Manchester Evening News, and remains interested in signing the player.
Both Ajax and PSG are also said to be interested in the winger who has scored six goals in 18 appearances for Genk this season.

However, the Jamaican U-23 international has claimed in an interview with HLN Sport that he would stay at Genk if any interested club refused to offer him first-team guarantees.
“I’ve always dreamt of the Premier League,” Bailey told HLN Sport. “But if, let’s say, Man United can’t guarantee me minutes, I will stay at Genk.
“The important thing is that in the near future there a lot of games to come. This is essential for me because I have to take more steps. I’ve already made a lot of progress.
“When I go, where I go? That is a matter for my management. From the moment that there is something concrete, we’ll sit down at the table.”
The 19-year-old made his first-team breakthrough last season and went on to make 36 appearances for Genk, being named Young Player of the Year in Belgium for the 2015/16 season in the process.
