Manchester United are set to hold crunch talks with Inter Milan next week over a deal for Ivan Perisic.

Football Italia, who cite Corriere dello Sport reports that the two sides are still some way off their valuation of the player, who is expected to leave the San Siro this summer.

Inter need to sell players in order to meet Financial Fair Play regulations and the sale of the Croatian will be enough for the Serie A side to ‘balance the books’.

United have been trying to use this to their advantage and strike a deal on the cheap as they bide their time in their pursuit of the winger.

Paris Saint-Germain have also entered the race to sign the winger this summer and Inter need to complete a deal before the end of June.

The Nerazzurri want just shy of £50 million, while United appear to be offering closer to £40 million for the Croatian international.
