Manchester United to go all out for Ronaldo
Manchester United are readying a staggering £175 million offer to Real Madrid for Cristiano Ronaldo to return to Old Trafford, plus goalkeeper David de Gea, according to The Mirror.
The Reds are preparing to allow David de Gea to move to Madrid as part of the deal, which would smash the current world record transfer fee.
Ronaldo has interest from all around the world, including China and the MLS but has stated his desire to stay in Europe, with PSG another club who intend to make an offer for the forward.
The Portuguese captain, who is currently on international duty, has insisted he wants out of the Bernebeu and would be ‘interested’ in a return home to United after scoring 55 goals last season, guiding Madrid to La Liga and the Champions League.
Zinedine Zidane could use the money from the Ronaldo deal and use it to land 18-year-old Kylian Mbappe from Monaco, who is pursuing a move to Madrid.
