Man Utd target Dembele reportedly meets with Pep Guardiola
Ousmane Dembele is one of the most in-demand players in the Bundesliga right now after a stunning first season with Borussia Dortmund following a £12.75m move from Rennes last summer.
Valued at £79m by Dortmund, Dembele is wanted by both Manchester United and Chelsea this summer but a new team may have entered the race to sign the France international forward.
French news outlet le10sport is claiming that Dembele met with Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola last night for dinner in Manchester having taken a break from his holiday to meet the Spaniard.
The report claims that the 20-year-old has been given an overview of the project in place at the Etihad and a proposal to join the club may also have been put forward as well during his time in the City.
Regarded as one of the most talented young attackers in the game today, Dembele scored 10 goals and provided 21 assists for Dortmund last season.
Even with strong interest from Manchester United and Chelsea, Manchester City are seemingly determined to land Dembele and are doing all they can to do so.
