AC Milan are set to go head-to-head with Manchester United for the signing of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
According to the Telegraph, Manchester United and Milan are both considering making an offer for Ibrahimovic, who is currently injured.
United are now going to have to persuade the Swede to opt for a return to Old Trafford over the San Siro.
It was announced that Ibrahimovic was leaving Manchester United this summer after his contract came to end, due an injury he sustained toward the backend of the season.
Ibrahimovic suffered ligament injury and was ruled out for the last few months of the campaign.
He is now recovering from his injury and will make the final call on his club for next season when he returns to fitness.
The 35-year-old scored 28 goals for Manchester United last season after joining on a free transfer from PSG.
This included two goals in the League Cup final as United beat Southampton 3-2 at Wembley to lift the trophy.
