The Premier League is well and truly back, and Manchester United kick off the season by welcoming West Ham to Old Trafford on Sunday afternoon.

The Reds warmed up for the encounter with a respectable performance against Champions League holders Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup, although José Mourinho’s men were not able to bring home the trophy from Skopje.

There were a couple of silver linings, though, with United coming away with no injury concerns and there were some solid individual performances from the likes of Marcus Rashford and Marouane Fellaini, who both came off the bench in Macedonia.

And with Eric Bailly and Phil Jones both returning after serving continental suspensions in midweek, Mourinho will have more options in defence to consider from, with Victor Lindelöf and Chris Smalling both shaky in the centre of defence.

For West Ham, they will be missing the likes of Michail Antonio, Manuel Lanzini and Cheikhou Kouyate, but new summer signings Joe Hart, Pablo Zabaleta, Marko Arnautovic and former Red Javier Hernandez are all in line to make their Hammers debuts on Sunday.

Without further ado, here’s how we think Manchester United will line up on Sunday afternoon:
