Inter star set for new deal with ‘anti-Man United’ clause
Inter Milan are set to offer winger Ivan Perisic with a new deal which could include a ‘anti-Man United clause’.
The Gazello dello Sport reports that the Croation’s new deal could involve a clause which prevents the player from moving overseas.
Negotiations during the last transfer window between Inter and Man United were not successful after the Red Devils failed to offer the €55m Inter wanted.
Inter are set to offer Perisic €4.5m a year in a deal that will keep him at the San Siro until 2022.
This contract offer could also be an attempt by Inter to cash in on Perisic after Neymar and Kylian M’Bappe moved for a sum believed to be over €402m.
The Croatian winger had a standout performance last season in Serie A after scoring 11 goals.
It has been a great start for Perisic this season where he has got two assists against Roma and scored a diving header against Fiorentina.
