Manchester United defender Luke Shaw is still a target for Turkish side Fenerbahce after making his return to the Red Devils first team in the victory against CSKA Moscow, according to a report on Talksport.

Fenerbahce are reportedly weighing up a move for the left-back in the January transfer window.

The defender is yet to appear in the Premier League this season and has fallen out of favour under Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.

Many of the United fans are keen to see Shaw rediscover his form from before he suffered the horrific leg injury in the UEFA Champions League against PSV, but so far the 22-year-old has not been afforded the opportunity to do so.

Fenerbahce believe that they can give Shaw the right amount of first team action which could help him to break back into the England national team squad before the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

United have been linked with a move for Tottenham Hotspur left-back Danny Rose, which could suggest that Shaw is on his way out of Old Trafford in January.

The full-back was praised for his performance in midweek and did well to last the full 90 minutes, although he was suffering from cramp towards the end of the match, which is understandable after going so long without a first team appearance.
