# Predicted United XI vs Arsenal

The Emirates will be the venue for United’s next Premier League tie as they bid to remain top of the table come the end of game week 8. If Manchester City or West Ham United pick up wins on Saturday, United will be either second or third going into the crunch tie against Arsenal, but a win against the Gunners would rectify that and send the Red Devils back to the top of the tree.

Arsenal will be looking to spoil the party, though. If Wenger’s men can overcome United, the North London boys will be level on points with Rooney and co – and can go above them with a winning margin of three or more.

Even so early in the season, it is abundantly clear that this is a massive game for both clubs. United come into this off the back of a 2-1 home win against VfL Wolfsburg, whereas Arsenal’s midweek Champions League game ended in a 3-2 defeat to Wolfsburg at The Emirates.
