# Team News – Manchester United vs West Brom

Louis van Gaal has no fresh injuries to contend with ahead of Manchester United’s Premier League clash with West Brom tomorrow.

Morgan Schneiderlin is still doubtful after missing the 1-0 win over CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Tuesday, although he did train today and is in contention for a return to the squad.

Antonio Valencia remains on the sidelines with a foot injury, while Luke Shaw is a long-term absentee, but the left-back is starting the early stages of rehab with his foot injury. Meanwhile, Matteo Darmian is suspended after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season last weekend against Crystal Palace, which means Ashley Young is likely to start tomorrow.

van Gaal had this to say to [MUTV](https://www.manutd.com/en/News-And-Features/Football-News/2015/Nov/manchester-united-team-news-v-west-brom.aspx):

> *There are no injuries, only illnesses. Morgan Schneiderlin was ill. He shall train today for the first time so we have to wait and see. I cannot say there are a lot of changes for this game. Matteo Darmian is suspended so he cannot play and Valencia is injured.*

United will be hoping to keep pace with Manchester City and Arsenal at the top of the Premier League table, and three points are vital with another international break coming up. With the Reds’ recent goal drought broken by Wayne Rooney’s winner, the side will be determined to kick on and beat the Baggies, who have become somewhat of a bogey team as of late.
