# Player Ratings: Manchester United 1-1 Leicester City

Manchester United ensured that Leicester City would have to wait another week to clinch the Premier League title, after a fairly entertaining game at Old Trafford.

Anthony Martial’s early goal gave United the lead as the Reds started brightly, but the Foxes gradually grew into the game and equalised through Wes Morgan’s header midway through the first half.

It was a mirror of the two sides’ encounter earlier in the season at the King Power Stadium, although this game had more controversy than the last. Marouane Fellaini and Robert Huth could face retrospective action after an off-the-ball incident in the first half.

United could have had a penalty in the final moments, but referee Michael Oliver adjudged that Danny Drinkwater pulled down Memphis just outside the area, but replays showed that was the wrong decision.

In the end, the result is a big blow to United’s top four ambitions, although they could still snatch fourth from Manchester City after they fell to a 4-2 defeat against Southampton later in the afternoon.
