United defender crashes into team mate’s £200,000 Bentley
Luke Shaw has allegedly crashed his Range Rover, worth £100,000, into teammate Phil Jones’ Bentley, which is worth double the value of Shaw’s car, according to a report in The Mirror
The alleged incident occurred after United’s victory in the 4th round of the Carabao Cup against Swansea, which was only Shaw’s second appearance this season, both coming as a substitute in the competition.
Shaw apparently reversed into Jone’s car when leaving the training ground. Damage to both vehicles has been reported to be minor with Shaw offering to pay the repair bill for Jones’s car.
This has only been the first of Shaw’s worries as United are reportedly ready to cash in on the left back with his previous club Southampton interested in bringing him back to the club. Everton are also said to be interested as they see him as a long-term replacement for Leighton Baines.
