Manchester United are reportedly keeping tabs on West Ham United youngster Domingos Quina, who is thought to be one of the brightest young talents in Europe.

Quina, an attacking midfielder, started his youth career with Benfica, before moving to Chelsea’s academy set up for three years from 2013, before then joining the youth set up at West Ham in 2016.

The youngster, who was born in Guinea-Bissau but represents Portugal internationally, made his West Ham debut in the Europa League in July 2016, playing 19 minutes against NK Domzale, and also featured in the return leg, when the Hammers won 3-0.

ESPN claim that United have been scouting Quina recently, having pondered a move for him before he joined West Ham.

The report claims that Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain were also interested in the youngster before he joined the Irons, who last month entered contract talks to extend his stay at the London Stadium beyond June 2019, when his current deal is due to expire.

Quina is eligible to play for Portugal having moved there as a young child, and has played for them at under-17, under-18 and under-19 level, racking up 22 appearances across the three age bands, despite being only 17 years old right now.
