Zlatan’s family look at properties in Los Angeles

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is reportedly looking at properties in Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, preparing for life after leaving Old Trafford, according to The Daily Mail.

MLS giants Los Angeles Galaxy are keen on signing the Swedish hero, and are firm favourites, as his one-year contract at Manchester United expires this summer after he came back to Manchester following his freak cruciate knee ligament injury in the Europa League against RSC Anderlecht.

Ibrahimovic hasn’t featured since Boxing Day when he played the first half against Burnley in the 2-2 draw at Old Trafford, but it is believed that he will return to first-team action soon and will have a major impact on the Red Devils’ second half of the season.

If Zlatan were to leave Old Trafford at the end of the season, and he was to go to the West Coast of the United States of America, he would become the highest earner in MLS history.

Speaking to the American media, LA Galaxy head coach Sigi Schmid said (via The Daily Mail):

If it happens, it happens, and once it happens, then we’ll give thought to it.

He’s a big player. Big players have an impact on your team, whether that’s Zlatan or whether that’s (Lionel) Messi or a Neymar – guys like that have an impact on your team.

Obviously, he’s been a successful player, he’s won trophies everywhere he’s been, but until it happens, I’m not going to worry about it.

So Zlatan could be on his way to Los Angeles at the end of the season, what needs to be seen is what Mourinho, Manchester United and English football can get out of him before he leaves.
