Manchester United continue to eye Danny Rose move
Out of favour Tottenham defender, Danny Rose is still a target for Manchester United this summer as they look to spend big again this summer, according to the Evening Standard.
Rose was last season out with a serious knee injury but has returned to the fold this season. He has, however, struggled to earn his first-team place back after some fine performances from Ben Davies.
This isn’t the first time the club have been looking to sign the Spurs defender, after pursuing him in recent transfer windows.
Ashley Young has performed well at left-back for Jose Mourinho’s side throughout the season but the club are looking in the long-term with Young the wrong side of 30.
Rose has played just 14 times for Spurs this season with just seven of these appearances being starts. Tottenham are already claimed to be lining up replacements for the player this summer as Mauricio Pochettino plans to strengthen his defence.
