# Icardi admits that he can’t predict his future at Inter

According to the [Mirror](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/mauro-icardi-transfer-inter-milan-12430098), Mauro Icardi has said that he can’t predict his future at Inter Milan, with many Premier League clubs now on high alert.

The hunt for a world class striker is hard these days, with many being way too good for their current club to even consider selling. However, Icardi could be available this summer, after saying “I can’t predict the future. For this, I enjoy the present and always give my best. Like I told you, I don’t know what the future holds.”

Icardi has been linked with moves away from Inter for a long time now with Manchester United being previously interested, as well as Tottenham and Chelsea, but they have opted with other options instead, such as Romelu Lukaku for United and Alvaro Morata for Chelsea.

With Inter still battling to qualify for the Champions League next season, if they do not reach the Champions League then that may sway Icardi to want to leave, as a striker like him has to play on that stage, and he will certainly want to play in that competition.

The Argentine has scored 26 goals in 32 games in all competitions for Inter this season, which is a great record, which is why there is no surprise why clubs like United, PSG and Real Madrid are all interested in him right now.
