Juventus are targeting Manchester United forward Anthony Martial as a summer transfer target, with the Serie A club prepared to pay £44million for the Frenchman.
It is expected to be a busy summer for United at the end of the season, with a number of new arrivals and departures being predicted. According to Mirror Sport, the 22-year old forward could be one of the first names through the exit door.
Martial has shown glimmers of potential but has largely failed to impress José Mourinho, at least as far as establishing himself in the starting line-up.
While United would likely want to keep the Frenchman, the defending Italian champions would be prepare to spend heavily to bring him to Turin.
Martial has long been a target for Juventus, and with his contract at Old Trafford running out in 2019, United could be forced into considering a sale – although other parties will surely rival Juventus for his signature.
