Manchester United are in talks to sign Chelsea winger Willian this summer.
According to The Manchester Evening News, United have held preliminary talks with Willian’s agent over a move in the upcoming transfer window.
The Premier League transfer window opens on the 17th May, with the window closing in mid-August – before the start of the league season.
United have been heavily linked with Willian over the past few years, with current United boss Jose Mourinho having signed the winger for Chelsea in his time at Stamford Bridge.
The impressive Brazil international has been a consistent performer for Chelsea over the years and has proven himself to be one of the best wingers in the division.
Chelsea will be hoping they can keep hold of Willian, which may make it difficult for Manchester United to agree a fee for the forward.
Jose Mourinho is a big fan of the free-kick specialist and will hope he can be linking up with the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez next season.
