On Wednesday night, Manchester United became the first team in Champions League group B to pick up any kind of result away from home.
Their 1-1 draw in Moscow, a difficult place to go by anyone’s standards, sees them in joint second in the group – alongside CSKA themselves.
It was a tricky test for United, who conceded a penalty which led to the home side’s goal, but it almost stayed out after David de Gea saved the spot-kick itself, only for the in-form Seydou Doumbia to slot home the rebound.
The second half performance was a steady improvement on the first and the Red Devils forced their way to a share of the spoils; but how did we rate the players?
