Thomas Tuchel, Borussia Dortmund manager, has fired some nasty parting shots at Manchester United’s Adnan Januzaj.
The young Belgian controversially left BVB after failing to make a start for the club over a five-month loan spell.

Januzaj left Old Trafford in an attempt to gain first-team football, with chances seemingly limited under Louis van Gaal. However it wasn’t to be the case and Tuchel wasn’t impressed. He told Bild:
It is a pity he did not show the desire and attitude you need to progress at his age.
My feeling was that he never was completely with us, that a part of him always stayed in Manchester and he compared everything here with United.
We were not able to help him to shake that off.
Januzaj didn’t have a clause in his contract to end the loan, however, both parties agreed it was best for the player to terminate the temporary contract between the two.

The 20-year-old will have to work hard to get back into van Gaal’s first-team plans, with the Dutchman mirroring Tuchel’s worries over the youngster’s attitude.
The United boss told the Daily Mail in November:
At a club like Borussia Dortmund, all the players are also of a certain level.
I said in advance that is a big risk, because you have to compete with other players of a higher level and that is not so easy.
It is the same as at Manchester United. He has to compete with higher-level players. I want him to play all the matches and that is why I wanted to play him in the Premier League, but he chose Borussia Dortmund.
We have to wait and see [if the move works out] because now he doesn’t play. I am certain he has the talent to play, but he has to learn a lot of things.
Talent is important, but so is the character to develop your talent. And he can learn that.
