It has been confirmed that Manchester United’s latest signing, Serbian international midfielder Nemanja Matic, will wear the number 31 shirt for the upcoming 2017-18 season.
Matic may make his debut in his new shirt when United take on Real Madrid in the UEFA Super Cup on Tuesday, 8th August.
The ex-Chelsea man wore number 21 in his most recent stint with the Blues, having worn number 24 in his first spell at Stamford Bridge, followed by number 21 at Benfica.
