Olympique de Lyonnais have reportedly joined the race to try and sign Anthony Martial from Manchester United in the summer transfer window, according to Marca.
It is believed that Martial has turned down a five-year contract extension at Old Trafford and he wishes to have more game time elsewhere.
In José Mourinho’s attack, he has to compete with the likes of Marcus Rashford, Juan Mata, Jesse Lingard, Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez for a spot in the starting XI.
However, if Lyon were to approach Mourinho to try and bring Martial back to his native France, they would face much competition.

It is believed that Premier League rivals Chelsea are keen on the Frenchman, as are Italian giants Juventus. His national manager, Didier Deschamps, says that he thinks Martial should go to Turin to sign for the Old Lady.
He has scored nine goals in the Premier League this season and has been one of the Red Devils’ stand out performers this season, and all previous seasons since he signed for Louis van Gaal in 2015.
He is a fan favourite of the Old Trafford faithful and so his departure would not be pleasant for the United fans, but with an already outstanding attack force, Martial may want to shine more in another team elsewhere.
