Manchester United’s season has finished on a sour note after losing the FA Cup final meaning they finish the season trophyless.
From ruining their rival’s title party to losing against every single promoted team, it has been a season that will stay in the memories of United fans for years to come for good and bad reasons.
Finishing in second place isn’t bad when you look and see that Manchester City finished as champions with 100 points, nobody in the league was close to touching them this season.
Last season United finished sixth and to jump four positions is still a brilliant turnaround. They would have hoped to have done better in the Champions League but it didn’t work out for them.
There have arguably been more ups than downs this season for Manchester United fans and during the season they have learnt a lot about their team and manager.
