Juventus are ready to prioritise signing Anthony Martial from Manchester United this summer as they look set to miss out on Alvaro Morata, according to Tuttosport.
The Serie A champions were understood to have identified their former striker Morata as a top target. However, it seems the Chelsea man will not be on the move this summer, with Juve now set to turn their full attention to Martial.
Manchester United are understood to be keen on retaining Martial’s services ahead of next season but after a campaign of limited opportunities under Jose Mourinho, the Frenchman could be tempted to seek a move elsewhere.
Juventus have been strongly linked with a move for the young attacker for some time now and it appears as though they could make efforts to recruit him this summer.
Martial is a fans’ favourite at United but will know that he needs to be playing regular football next season as he bids to fulfil his undoubtedly immense potential.
