Manchester United have reportedly been given a boost in their bid to sign Lazio star Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, the Manchester Evening News reports.
The M.E.N are reporting that Italian media outlet Tuttosport say United have been given the green light to make a bid for the midfielder after Serie A giants Juventus pulled out of the race to sign him.
Juventus had been heavily linked with a move for the Serbian international this summer but they are now believed to not be interested in gaining his signature.

Lazio are believed to not be open to a player-plus-cash deal which has put Juventus off making a move for the 22-year-old.
Lazio are still insistent on receiving a fee in excess of 100million euros for Milinkovic-Savic, however Jose Mourinho is reluctant to spent big this summer.
Barcelona are also said to be highly interested in securing a deal for the midfielder.
