Maguire was a standout player for England in their 2018 World Cup campaign, where Gareth Southgate’s side made it to the Semi Finals, capturing the support and belief of the nation in the process.

The Sheffield born defender’s performances at the World Cup surely attracted interest, with Manchester United obviously being a key player in a potential deal for the defender.
United’s offer is reportedly only initially at £65 million. However, Leicester’s reluctance to sell could prove to be a big stumbling block in Jose Mourinho’s pursuit of the defender.
Maguire joined Leicester last season for an initial £12 million from then newly relegated Hull City. The former Sheffield United man forced his way into the England setup through his performances with the Foxes, and could get himself a move to United.
