Juventus were able to clinch a 1-0 win away at Manchester United on Tuesday night in the Champions League group stages.
Manchester United struggled to influence proceedings in the first half and Juventus’ dominance eventually paid off, as Paulo Dybala was on hand to tap home from close range.
The visitors nearly doubled their lead shortly after, but David de Gea was on hand to make a fine double save, denying Cristiano Ronaldo and then Blaise Matuidi.
The Red Devils struggled to breach Juventus’ defensive structure throughout, with Massimiliano Allegri’s side continuing to display a strong back-line in the Champions League.
United came agonisingly close in the second half, however, as former Juventus star Paul Pogba’s effort cannoned off the post.
So, without further ado, take a look at our player ratings for Manchester United!

Worked hard but struggled to stamp his authority on the game.
Victor Lindelof - 7
Lindelof was generally strong at the back and snuffed out Juventus’ attacking threat.
Chris Smalling - 6
Smalling’s defending for Juventus’ first goal was commendable but his efforts were to be of no avail, as Dybala was on hand to tap home.
Luke Shaw - 6
Didn’t offer too much down the left but stymied the threat of Juan Cuadrado and Joao Cancelo at times.

Looked off the pace as Juventus’ midfield knocked the ball around with ease.
Paul Pogba - 6
Came closest for United but, like Matic, wasn’t able to truly make his mark.
Juan Mata - 6
Mata retained the ball well and was efficient in possession but never truly played purposeful passes in the final third.
Marcus Rashford - 5
Struggled to trouble Juventus’ defenders and was generally anonymous.
Anthony Martial - 5
Martial was similarly quiet as he failed to build on his impressive display at Chelsea on Saturday.
Romelu Lukaku - 4
Lukaku’s shortcomings were exposed against Juventus’ ever-dependable central defenders. He failed to threaten.
