Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw could be back in action before the end of the 2015-16 season, according to the Daily Mirror.
The England international’s recovery from a broken leg has been remarkably speedy, so much so that he has been spotted walking without crutches, and has been working at the gym and swimming pool at Carrington.
And the Mirror report that United’s medical staff expect the 20-year old to be in Louis van Gaal’s plans for the final few games of the current campaign.

This will surely be very encouraging news for the United boss, as well as England manager Roy Hodgson, who will be finalising his plans for the Three Lions’ campaign at Euro 2016 in France next summer.
After a tricky first season at Old Trafford, Shaw was beginning to find his footing at the club and showing signs of the talent that prompted the Reds to fork out £30 million to sign him from Southampton in the summer of 2014.
The left-back had been in tremendous form before a challenge by Hector Moreno caused the youngster to suffer a double leg break during United’s 2-1 defeat against PSV Eindhoven in their opening Champions League group game in September.
van Gaal had earlier warned against expecting Shaw to play again this season, but if his recovery continues at this rate, don’t be surprised to see him in a red shirt before the end of the season, and in a Three Lions shirt in France next summer.
