Predicted XI: Manchester United vs Crystal Palace

Manchester United continue their push for European football tonight, as they welcome Crystal Palace to Old Trafford.

With third-placed Manchester City being held to a draw against Newcastle yesterday and fourth-placed Arsenal playing tomorrow against West Brom, United could potentially close to within one point of the Gunners and two points off City with a victory against the Eagles.

United have shown signs of recovery after being blitzed by Tottenham last week, advancing to the FA Cup semi-finals by beating West Ham in their quarter-final replay, before condemning Aston Villa to relegation with victory on Saturday.

With the Reds gearing up for a trip to Wembley to face Everton in the aforementioned FA Cup semi-finals on Saturday afternoon, there is expected to be rotation as Louis van Gaal looks to find his best side.

Meanwhile, Palace are safe from relegation and will also play in the FA Cup semi-finals this weekend, despite enduring a woeful run of form in the second-half of their season. Alan Pardew will also have one eye on their clash against Watford on Sunday and might tinker with the side that drew with Arsenal at the weekend.

Here’s our predicted XI for tonight’s match:
