So, it’s official. Manchester United will not be playing in the Champions League next season unless they miraculously score 19 goals against Bournemouth in their final Premier League match of the season.

While United’s game against Bournemouth at Old Trafford was called off today after a bomb scare at the Theatre of Dreams, the rest of the Premier League played on and Manchester City managed to secure fourth place with a 1-1 draw against Swansea City at the Liberty Stadium.

In truth, United have not deserved to finish in the top four this season, and only the multiple slip-ups from the likes of Arsenal and Manchester City have kept Louis van Gaal’s side in the race for a Champions League spot until the final matchday.

A number of poor results this season have cost United dearly and as a result, the Reds will be playing in the Europa League next season. Here are the ten games in our opinion that have decided United’s fate:
