Marcus Rashford has signed a new long-term contract with Manchester United, according to The Telegraph.
The news is another boost for United fans, with José Mourinho having been confirmed as new United boss on Friday and the Reds are officially expected to announce that Rashford has signed a new contract with the club before the European Championships start on June 10.
The 18-year-old, who had one year left on his current contract, has been rewarded for his meteoric rise since scoring two goals on his senior United debut in a 5-1 victory over Midtjylland in the Europa League.

He also scored a double on his Premier League debut against Arsenal and added to those achievements by becoming the youngest player to score on his England debut, scoring as the Three Lions beat Australia 2-1 on Friday evening.
The finer details of Rashford’s contract are unclear, but it is expected that his salary will rise to £20,000-a-week, with appearance and performance bonuses taking that figure further up.
Rashford is now expected to make Roy Hodgson’s squad for the Euros, having impressed against Australia, but he will face competition up front at Old Trafford next season, with Mourinho expected to bring in Zlatan Ibrahimovic to bolster the striking ranks.
But having scored 9 goals in 19 senior appearances for club and country this season, Rashford will have no problem keeping his place in the United side if he continues to keep up this form.
