Sevilla manager Vincenzo Montella has heaped the praise on Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho ahead of the teams’ encounter in the last 16 of the Champions League next week, as reported by Goal.
Montella has picked up on the winning mentality of the Manchester United boss as being the key reason to why he has been so successful as a manager across Europe.
The new boss in Sevilla will be in charge of his first Champions League game with the club since joining in December when Manchester United visit Spain.

Sevilla have been really inconsistent so far this term as they currently lie 6th in the La Liga table after losing nine of their first 23 matches.
They face a battle to reach the Champions League next season and face a tough test this weekend as they come up against Las Palmas.
Montella heavily praised Mourinho ahead of their encounter on Wednesday evening.
Mourinho is more of a winner than any of us. He’s coaching in a way that gets in the mind of the player to get the best out of them.
He compared Mourinho’s philosophy to Paco Jemez’s.
I like [Las Palmas coach] Paco Jemez because his team has identity. They always look to play and are organised without the ball.
They’re two different philosophies, but if I wanted to be like either of them it would be for Mourinho’s capacity to win, respecting Paco of course, who has a career trajectory more similar to mine.
