Italian champions Juventus are keen on a move for out of favour Manchester United full back Matteo Darmian and are willing to do a swap deal for Mario Mandzukic this summer, according to Calcio Mercato.
The deal will need to wait until the end of the World Cup in Russia with Mandzukic still playing a part in the tournament with Croatia, who are set to face the hosts on Saturday evening.
The Italian has really fallen out of favour at Old Trafford since the arrival of Jose Mourinho and is looking at his options as he tries to gain a move away.
He made just 16 appearances in all competitions last term when he found it tough to really break through as Antonio Valencia was once more preferred in this area.
The deal which is being looked at would really suit both sides with United looking for some much-needed cover for striker Romelu Lukaku.
