Manchester United fans are set to take matters into their own hands as they plan to fly a plane over Turf Moor to protest against Ed Woodward.

The Daily Mail reports that a plane will fly over the stadium during United’s meeting with Burnley in early September as frustrations continue to grow at the club.

They claim that a banner will read: ‘Ed Out – LUHG’ – with the latter standing for ‘Love United, Hate Glazers’.

Woodward and manager Jose Mourinho appear to be at loggerheads over the club’s decisions in the transfer market during the summer.

Mourinho has been very public in voicing his displeasure at the number of players that have been signed by the club.

The reports are the latest blow for United, who have failed to impress in the early stages of the new season.

A surprise 3-2 defeat away at Brighton left plenty of questions being asked about Mourinho’s immediate future.
