Wrexham vs Man Utd: How to watch Santos’ possible debut

Manchester United begin their pre-season campaign against Wrexham in Helsinki on Saturday, with supporters given two ways to watch the match live.

The friendly takes place at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium on 18 July. Kick-off is scheduled for 4pm BST, while MUTV’s build-up will begin one hour earlier at 3pm.

United supporters can watch through MUTV, which costs £7.99 per month or £29.99 for an annual subscription in the United Kingdom.

The club’s official broadcast guide confirms the match will be shown live across MUTV’s available platforms.

Andrey Santos could make Man Utd debut

Wrexham are also offering a separate match pass through their official streaming service for £4.99. Commentary will be provided by Mark Griffiths, Andy Morrell and Mia Roberts.

Attention will centre on Andrey Santos, who could make his United debut after completing a £48m move from Chelsea earlier this week.

The Brazil international was included in Michael Carrick’s 25-man travelling party. As Read Man Utd reported after the squad was announced, Bryan Mbeumo, Mason Mount, Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro have also travelled.

Harry Maguire and Luke Shaw provide further experience, while Shea Lacey, Chido Obi, Ethan Wheatley and Harry Amass are among the academy players hoping for minutes.

Youri Tielemans is unavailable following his World Cup involvement. Karl Darlow is also completing his recovery from a minor procedure.

The fixture will provide Carrick with his first opportunity to assess the squad in match conditions since being appointed permanent manager.
