Alexis Sanchez’s move to Manchester United moved a step closer to being confirmed last night when pictures emerged of the player in the club’s kit.
The Manchester Evening News report that the player has been seen taking snaps in and around Old Trafford as the club prepare to announce his move from Arsenal.
The pictures confirmed reports that Sanchez will wear the famous number seven shirt.
It is believed that the player completed his medical with the club over the weekend and will train with his new team mates on Tuesday.
Sanchez is also believed to have spent time at the Lowry Hotel, which is where the first-team squad stay for their the club’s home games.
The deal will see Henrikh Mkhitaryan move in the opposite direction, in what is believed to be a straight swap deal.
Arsenal had been hoping to secure a cash and player deal but it now appears to be a swap move.
