United will compete for the Snapdragon Cup against Atletico Madrid in Stockholm on 1 August. They then begin the main Tour 2026 programme against Champions League holders Paris Saint-Germain in Gothenburg seven days later.

A meeting with Leeds United follows at Croke Park in Dublin on 12 August. It will be the first association football match between domestic clubs staged at the venue.

Carrick’s side will complete their preparations against AC Milan at the Tarczynski Arena in Wroclaw on 15 August. United have faced Milan 10 times in the European Cup and Champions League, but the clubs will now meet in Poland for the first time.

ReadManUtd has previewed United’s second summer fixture against Rosenborg. The match takes place at the Lerkendal Stadion on Friday, with Carrick looking for a response to the opening 1-0 defeat by Wrexham.

The schedule will give Carrick several opportunities to assess new signings and academy players. It also provides increasingly difficult opposition as United move closer to the competitive campaign.

The Manchester United pre-season fixtures conclude eight days before the opening Premier League weekend, giving the squad a final training period after returning from Poland.
