ESPN FC have claimed that if Manchester United were to hand off David De Gea, a young forward named Borja Mayoral may be included in the deal.
Manchester United have been holding tight onto De Gea throughout the transfer window, with Van Gaal revealing many times that he will not be selected in the squad until the window has been closed. All while Real Madrid has not yet seemed to end their quest for the Spanish goalkeeper.
It was thought that if De Gea was to be transferred, Sergio Ramos would be a part of the deal. But these rumours were squandered earlier this week as Ramos renewed his contract at Real Madrid.
Borja Mayoral and 18-year-old Spanish centre-forward currently with Real Madrid CF, is believed to be one of the brightest young talents coming out of the Real Madrid youth team. He is without a doubt one of the most promising Spanish centre-forward with 9 goals in 12 appearances for the Spanish U19 squad.

Mayoral has been at Real Madrid since July 2007 where he started in their under-11s youth squad, and has worked his way up ever since at the club. As of late he has been a regular for Zinedine Zidane’s Castilla side. He has been impressive at club level where he was ranked third on the 2014/15 UEFA Youth League top scorers list with 7 goals.
Louis van Gaal may well be taking him into consideration, bearing in mind his ability and Wayne Rooney’s poor start to the season. He also could add some competition between the forwards, especially with James Wilson since they are both still maturing and could learn from the experienced Rooney and Hernandez.
