Manchester United have once again been linked with a move for Galatasaray keeper Fernando Muslera, according to the Daily Star.
The 29-year-old Uruguayan international was linked with a move to Old Trafford last summer when David de Gea’s future with United was uncertain and it seems that Muslera is still on the Reds’ radar.
The Star base their report on Turkish newspaper AMK’s claims, stating that Louis van Gaal’s side could make a £15 million move for Muslera this summer, should De Gea, who continues to be linked with a move to Real Madrid, actually leave.

Muslera, who joined Galatasaray from Lazio back in 2011, has been the undisputed number one at the Turk Telekom Arena since his arrival in Istanbul, making 197 appearances in total for Cimbom and winning three Turkish league titles with the side.
On an international level, the 29-year-old has also had success, winning the Copa America with Uruguay the same summer he joined Galatasaray while being part of the Uruguay side who finished fourth at the World Cup back in 2010.
Muslera is a proven pedigree, but would he be the top candidate to replace De Gea between the sticks should the Spaniard depart the Theatre of Dreams this summer? Probably not.
