Manchester United are reportedly interested in securing a move for Wolfsburg defender Naldo.
This is according to German publication Kicker, who believe the 33-year-old Brazilian is looking for a new challenge as he enters the twilight of career. Kicker also believe that United are looking to add depth and experience to their defence and Naldo has been singled out as a serious target.

The former Brazilian international has enjoyed a fruitful career in Germany since arriving in the country in 2005, with successful spells at Werder Bremen and Wolfsburg, winning the German Cup with both sides along the way.
Naldo returned from a spell on the sidelines with a shoulder injury with a bang, keeping Karim Benzema, Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo at bay as Wolfsburg shocked Real Madrid in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final, but with a season left on the Brazilian’s contract, the Wolves could be tempted into selling.
United are in need of a centre-back, with Chris Smalling and Daley Blind partnering each other in the heart of defence for a large part of the season. With Phil Jones and Marcos Rojo spending a lot of time on the sidelines, Naldo could be an experienced stop-gap that could add depth to the backline.
