Manchester United fans will have to wait a bit longer to find out if Zlatan Ibrahimovic will move to Old Trafford this summer after the Swedish striker said he was happy for speculation surrounding his future to continue.
The 34-year-old, who is now a free agent after his contract with French champions Paris Saint-Germain expired, has been linked with a move to United for some time, with those rumours intensifying after José Mourinho’s appointment as United manager.
But in a press conference this morning, he told the assembled press that he would reveal his next club when was tired of the transfer rumours being written up about him.

According to ESPN, he said:
I want you to still write a lot of stories, so I get excited when I see them, because I want to see who is making up the best story.
When I’m tired of it, I’ll let you know where I will go.
Zlatan also dismissed rumours of a return to hometown club Malmo, after telling the crowd at Malmo’s Swedbank Stadion that he would return after sitting out Sweden’s pre-Euro 2016 friendly with Slovenia on Monday due to a sore calf.
After being asked whether it was true that he would return to Malmo, Ibrahimovic said:
I’m too good for the Swedish league.
What I meant when I said I’ll come back is with the national team. They’ll have to be patient and they’ll see me again in the national team shirt.
