Premier League clubs Manchester United and Manchester City have been keeping a close eye on the development of Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic over the past few months, but have been told he will cost more than €100m to sign, according to a report on CalcioMercato.
The midfielder has been very impressive for Lazio for the past year and has become one of their most influential players.
Savic is a perfect midfielder and can attack as well as defend. Signing a player of his quality and tender age would be an asset to both clubs.

The 22-year-old has been tipped to have a very bright future and is currently earning rave reviews from all over Europe for his influence in midfield for Lazio.
The midfielder’s most well-renowned achievement so far this season has been to help his side win the Italian Super Cup against Juventus.
Lazio president Lolito sees an opportunity to make a huge sum of money from Savic and has put a price tag of about €100m on the Serbian midfielder.
The price-tag is off putting for both Manchester clubs, who, even in a crazy market like today’s, will not pay that price for him.
The Serbian has found the net once this season in an impressive start to the campaign by Lazio.
