Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is plotting a move for Real Madrid striker Morata this summer.
We reported yesterday that United had made an £85m approach for Atletico Madrid striker Antoine Griezmann.
Now, the Telegraph claim that Mourinho wants to partner Griezmann with Morata up front next season.
United are looking to sign two new forward due to the injury to Zlatan Ibrahimovic and the possible departure of captain Wayne Rooney.

Morata, despite being a rotation option for Real, has scored an impressive 25 goals for club and country this season.
The 23-year-old forward has scored 13 goals in 12 La Liga starts this term, and scored three goals in the European Championships for Spain last summer.
Between them, Griezmann and Morata have scored an incredible 59 goals for club and country this season – a goal tally that would certainly give United a great chance of Premier League glory if both signings can be secured and the players can repeat their exploits in a red shirt.
Morata is thought to be valued at £40m, but Real Madrid have been considering various swap deal with Manchester United in their pursuit of David de Gea, so that could be an option for the Red Devils, if they are eventually resigned to losing their number one goalkeeper.
